Open Positions
What We're Looking For
- Deep, broad reading in literary and genre fiction
- Ability to write clear, rigorous, and constructive coverage
- Familiarity with the current fiction market
- Strong written communication skills
- Prior editorial or publishing experience preferred
What We're Looking For
- Active presence on and familiarity with Instagram, X, Facebook, and TikTok
- Strong writing skills and an ear for tone and brand voice
- Interest in books, independent publishing, or commercial fiction
- Self-directed with the ability to manage a content calendar
- Prior social media or marketing experience preferred
